Attitude of Gratitude
The difference between thankful and grateful
The beginning question in this message is "what are you grateful for?" followed right away by "what do you take for granted", especially in your faith? Thanksgiving is almost here...turkey, family, sweet potatoes, time off, and all the football. Giving thanks is different from being grateful. Gratefulness is a different perspective on life. Those who are grateful understand and exhibit thankfulness and also add an action or expression of their thanks for all that we have already been given. Are you truly grateful?

RECIPE FOR HOPE
ONE INGREDIENT AT A TIME
The Neighborhood Church is expanding our campus based on faith in what God is working through our church! Pastor Joe shares a message that builds a recipe for hope that the church used as a foundation in trusting God in the hope of things to come (Hebrews 11:1). While God is moving in our hearts, we believe God is moving in Bentonville too!Text...

"When Life hands you lemons"
Every heard the words, "I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed in you." It's almost worse than someone being mad at you, am I right? Have you ever spoken those words to someone? It hurts.
Disappointment is based on expectations and in reality based on what you hope for in life. Which is why is carries so much weight. People in the bible also got disappointed over and over again and overcame it.
This series is about setting Godly expectations so that you can live in hope of what is to come! If people have been disappointing you or you find you can't meet others expectations all the time, this is a good series for you.

OUR PASTOR
Hey there! My name is Joe Liles and I am the Pastor who planted The Neighborhood Church along with my wife, Jessica Liles, and 23 faithful people on Easter in 2012. This church was planted with a vision that you could fall in love with faith all over again every Sunday. Our hope was that your kids would have a place where they belong and feel so welcomed that they wake their parents up and say "let's go!" every week! It's true for my family too. Jessica and I have been married for 13 years and we have two kiddos, Caylee (12 years old) and Landen (10 years old). Caylee is an aspiring volleyball player and just starting out on guitar and Landen is a gamer that is working into wrestling and golf (interesting combo dude). We hope that we are able to meet you on an upcoming Sunday in worship!
